Week 6

Title of Activity
-Do the literature review, a research about previous project.

Objective
- To find a similar project and do some research on it.

Content/Procedure
-Information about the previous project.

Result/Analysis
-As a result, a voltmeter is usually combined with an ammeter, instrument used to measure the magnitude of an electric current of several amperes or more. An ammeter is usually combined with a voltmeter and an ohmmeter in a multipurpose instrument and an ohmmeter is an instrument used to measure the electrical resistance of a conductor. It is usually included in a single package with a voltmeter.
-Most voltmeters are based on the D’Arsonval galvanometer.

-All galvanometers are based upon the discovery by Hans C and are of the analog type example they give voltage readings that can vary over a continuous range as indicated by a scale and pointer.
-Rather than using a D’Arsonval movement or digital electronics, the solenoid voltmeter simply uses a spring-loaded solenoid carrying a pointer.
-Solenoid voltmeters usually have a scale on each side of the pointer, one is calibrated for alternating current and one is calibrated for direct current. Only one “range” is provided and it usually extends from zero to about 600 volts.

Conclusions
As a conclusions, the research found out about the solenoid voltmeter. Although its not the same with the talking voltmeter but its similar to from voltmeter aspect, its also can measured a voltage.
